Distributors require little initial investment, have a 10-year verification interval and a battery life of 10 years + 15 months of reserve.
The readings of the device are displayed on the display and independently transmitted by the payers to the management organization.
The principle of operation:
The heat distributor measures the temperature difference on the surface of the heating device and the ambient air in the room, calculating on this basis an indicator proportional to the amount of heat energy given by the heating device. In proportion to this indicator, the cost of thermal energy consumed by the house as a whole is distributed among the owners. The result is an adjustment of the heating fee upon consumption of the service.
